We are aiming at lowering the cost of the assembled PCBs by lowering the cost of the components.
For most projects, the cost of components account for nearly 90% of the cost of the assembled PCBs. The reason why we can reduce the cost of the assembled PCBs is that we have channels to purchase components from our component partners who stored components in large volume.
Some of our component partners are the original factories while others are the first-grade agents of components manufactured by the original factories, which reduces the additional cost compared to the that of the components purchased from the authorized component websites or the sub-agents of the first-grade agents. They choose to cooperate with us is because we can place stable orders in large volume to them, since we accumulate the PO(purchase order) from our customers around the world each day.
