Etch copper side into fine wires and plate copper cladding onto the insulated holes after the drilling process; print insulated ink of solder mask on the whole board and make efforts to expose solder pads and THT holes; panelize several PCBs into a working panel to be manufactured and then separate them by CNC milling machines or punching machines. The complex processes and techniques are also influenced by factors of MAN、MACHINE、MATERIAL、METHOD、ENVIRONMENT.
